Work it out

So not only am I am mother, but I am a wife and also a women. I want to feel good, I want to feel good in my own skin. After everything that my body has been through, I would love to get my body back. I would also love to be tone. I need to feel good about myself. I think that is one thing lots of moms struggle with. We are so busy taking care of everyone else that sometimes we let ourselves fall behind. I know that I am a much happier and better mom after I have worked out. I need to feel good. I am a mom, but I am not JUST a mom. I love the feeling I get after working out and that does not mean I can eat whatever I want. This is probably the first time in a long time that I have worked out this much and I am counting calories. I feel really proud of myself that my husband and I have been doing this for 4 weeks now! We started P90X 4 weeks ago and every morning we get up at 5 am and workout. We love it and sometimes hate it at the same time. The important thing about being a mom is taking time out for yourself. I feel like such a better mom when I take time to take care of myself.
